The Return II

Hello.
I'm clearly not very good at the whole taking-on-a-long-term-project-like-blogging-regularly-especially-a-series thing. Last year around August I restarted the site after a long break, convinced I'd fixed the reasons why I left, and then I up and did it again. I always expect too much of myself and find it easier to do nothing at all than to do a little bit and so it's only now I have had the desire to come back.
I don't want to do any long-running series or commit to something big, just the occasional blog post or recipe for now. I'll make small tweaks to get the site the way I'd really like it to be, and then just do whatever I want, which is really the whole point anyone has any personal website.
So I don't really know what the point of The Honey Pot will be, beyond not having a point. Maybe that's fine. There may be game reviews, or movie reviews, or more nostalgia pieces. I do like to get all nostalgic. I've toyed with the idea of writing short stories, with each story having its own page theme to suit. It could be fun to combine creative writing (which I have no experience in, but have interest) with web design (which I do have experience in, quality not guaranteed).
I guess what I'm really saying is, I'd like to try building up this website again, but with no self-imposed deadlines or requirements. Most importantly building personal websites are supposed to be fun, and I don't want to forget that!
