Hawaiian Salad
This salad takes a lot of liberties with the word "Hawaiian", and you may think some of these ingredients don't belong together - and maybe you're right - but the world was built on bravery.
- 300g cooked rice
- 250g tinned sweetcorn
- 150g ham slices
- 250g tinned pineapple rings
- 120g cheese (cheddar or similar)
- 100g mayo
- 100g natural yoghurt
- Salt & pepper
Dice the ham and cheese. Drain the corn and pineapple, and cut the pineapple rings into pieces.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients.
