Leek Side Salad

This is a great side salad and couldn't be easier to make.

  • ½ Cabbage
  • 1 Leek
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • Salt & pepper

Rinse the leek, slice it thinly and then wash to get out any grit. Shake dry, and place it in a large bowl.

Rinse and dry the cabbage, then chop it thinly. Add it to the bowl.

Season with ground black pepper and salt. Add the Greek yoghurt and mix well.
